On July 27, MDH published the “Request for Comments” in the State Register, and will be accepting feedback on possible changes to the rules in writing until further notice. Interested parties can obtain more information on the possible changes and the rulemaking process at the MDH Rulemaking Website.
Written comments can be sent, through the electronic comment portal, at the following website or to the agency contact person, Patricia Segal Freeman, P.O. Box 64975. St. Paul, MN 55164-00975, phone: (651) 201-4151, health.x-rayrules@state.mn.us.
