C.A.R.E. Clinic

C.A.R.E. Clinic is a free clinic serving uninsured and low-income residents of Goodhue County and Lake City, Minnesota.

Our mission is to improve the clinical overall health of the Community by providing health care Access, connecting Resources and promoting health Education to uninsured individuals who are unable to afford healthcare.

C.A.R.E. Clinic opened on January 26, 2010, following a strong grassroots community effort. Since then, services have continued to expand to include health care, dental care, mental health care, Hispanic Family Therapy, connections to resources, prescription assistance, and MNsure navigation services. C.A.R.E. Clinic continually strives to meet the diverse needs of patients, while not duplicating services offered elsewhere in the community.
