Friday, September 25, 2026, at the Minneapolis Institute of Art
Regina Martinez Lorenzo, MD, a 2021 graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School, and now an emergency medicine physician in Miami, will detail how she first learned to cross-country ski in Minneapolis’ Theodore Wirth Park and, five years later, competed in the 10K freestyle cross-country ski event at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milano-Cortina, Italy, this past February.
