The MMA offers its members education and events that are designed to improve patient care, practice operations, physician wellness and professional satisfaction.
Continuing medical education (CME) is one of the primary means used to ensure that physicians are supported in their efforts to maintain competency after residency and to network with colleagues and mentors. The MMA assists members by directly providing opportunities for CME and accrediting organizations in Minnesota to provide CME for their specific target audience.
The MMA provides up-to-date information about events affecting medicine in Minnesota, offers products and services that save time and money, and provides education for physicians and their clinic staff. Our goal is to help physicians shape the decisions that affect your patients, your practice and your profession through the events we host.
Find webinars, online courses, self-directed learning, and just-in-time learning. Many of these earn CME credit / MOC points.
Find information on joint provider ship and accreditation of organizations and institutions providing CME.
We provide presentations tailored to meet the needs of physicians and clinics, delivered by content experts from among MMA staff and leadership. Free of charge to members.
The MMA reserves the right to cancel an event due to any circumstances that may make the event non-viable.
Registrants will be notified as soon as possible and issued refunds, if applicable, within two (2) weeks of the cancellation date.
Notification may occur via email, phone, fax, etc. Information about the event cancellation will be posted as soon as possible on MMA’s website and social media channels.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
