Closing session keynote speaker Glenda Eoyang, PhD, HSDP, will act as moderator, and facilitate this panel discussion. Panelists include:

Krista Skorupa, MD CPE, Division Chair, Regional Practices, Essentia Health
Cindy Firkins Smith, MD, Senior Vice President Rural Health, CentraCare

They will explore the following:
WHAT was the most important lesson that emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic?
SO WHAT has changed permanently—for the better or for the worse—as a result of the pandemic?
NOW WHAT can we do to prepare for the next complex disruption to the systems of health and wellbeing in our profession and our communities?
Through the facilitated conversation, the panelists will share their perspectives on:
how their clinics/health systems have been challenged during COVID-19
what their response has looked like during this chaotic time; and
how they are positioning their clinics/health systems moving forward
The panelists will also share perspectives unique to where their health system or clinic is located (e.g., rural vs. urban; populations served; etc.)
