MN HOSA-Future Health Professionals is seeking physicians and other healthcare leaders to serve as judges and event volunteers for its 2026 Mid-Winter Conferences in early January at three Minnesota locations, as well as during an online job-seeking skills session. Many timeslots are less than two hours.
These events bring together hundreds of high school students from across Minnesota who are exploring healthcare careers, building leadership skills, and preparing to serve as the future of our workforce.
This is an opportunity for physicians to support Minnesota’s talent pipeline, share expertise with motivated students, and inspire young people who may one day join your care teams.
Volunteers are provided with clear instructions and event materials in advance; no prior HOSA experience is needed.
