The Minnesota Perinatal Quality Collaborative (MNPQC) is offering a free, virtual ECHO series on perinatal education.

Several volunteer opportunities for physicians are now available through the Secretary of State’s website. They include:
Advisory Council on Licensed Traditional Midwifery is seeking a physician member who has been or is currently consulting with licensed traditional midwives. Members are appointed by the Board of Medical Practice (“Board”) and advise the Board on traditional midwifery practice standards. Meetings are held bimonthly and typically last for two hours. Interested physicians should apply here.
Athletic Trainer’s Advisory Council is seeking a physician member. Interested physicians should apply here.
Health Services Policy Committee is seeking five licensed physician members. Interested physicians should apply here.
Medical Services Review Board is seeking two physician members. Interested physicians should apply here.
Newborn Hearing Screening Advisory Committee is seeking a primary care physician. Interested physicians should apply here.
Rehabilitation Review Panel is seeking a healthcare provider member. Interested physicians should apply here.
Trauma Advisory Council is seeking an emergency physician certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine whose practice includes emergency room care in a Level 1, 2, 3, or 4 trauma hospital. Interested physicians should apply here.
