Registration Open for July 30 Virtual Forum on Health Disparities

The Minnesota Health Equity Community of Practice (CoP) will host a virtual conversation about health disparities in Minnesota on July 30, from noon to 1 pm.  

Speakers for the event include Jess Donovan, MPH, RN, Minnesota Community Measurement’s (MNCM) clinical measurement analyst, and Ma Xiong, MPH, MNCM’s vice president, data strategy and analytics. They will present findings and discuss implications from MNCM’s latest report: Health Care Disparities by Insurance Type (2024). 

This virtual meeting is open to all physicians, health professionals, and leaders from Minnesota health systems, medical groups, and medical associations with an interest in health equity. To register, click here

The CoP is a peer network dedicated to advancing health equity and addressing the significant racial and ethnic health disparities that persist throughout Minnesota. Health equity leaders and professionals come together quarterly to exchange expertise, network, and discuss issues and priorities.
