Physicians Asked to Contribute to Survey on Long COVID

March 2, 2023

The Minnesota Department of Health and Stratis Health are conducting a survey to provide support to Minnesota healthcare providers and health systems on long COVID and post-COVID conditions.

The survey, which takes fewer than five minutes to complete, will inform the work of the Guiding Council of Minnesota, which is made up of clinicians who care for long COVID patients in primary and specialty care settings across the state. The survey is seeking to understand current knowledge of and experience with long COVID among practicing clinicians. Specifically, the survey will gather information regarding:

  • Your experience with patients presenting with long COVID symptoms
  • How you currently manage/treat these patients
  • What might be helpful to effectively manage and support patients experiencing long COVID

It is estimated that a considerable number of people who had acute COVID-19 experience adverse symptoms for months or longer after their initial diagnosis. For updates on the MDH Long COVID Program and related resources, click here
