The Minnesota Drug Formulary Committee is seeking five licensed physicians who are actively engaged in the practice of medicine in Minnesota to serve as members.
One physician member must specialize in pediatrics, one must actively treat persons with disabilities, one must be an actively practicing psychiatrist, and one must specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of rare diseases.
The Drug Formulary Committee is supported by the Department of Human Services and will meet at least three times per year. Interested physicians who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply here.
