The next MMA Physician Forum will focus on “wellbeing through micro-moments" from noon to 1 pm on Wednesday, May 10.
The struggle of physician burnout is no secret. Loneliness, exhaustion, and pressure impacts physicians both professionally and personally. In this interactive forum, physicians will explore the power of human connection to reduce burnout and enhance mental and emotional wellbeing. By engaging in practical exercises, participants will learn how to foster meaningful connections, create supportive work environments, and develop positive coping skills.
Speakers at the forum include:
Erik Nelson, MHA, MBA, founder of Arctos360, is an experienced entrepreneur with more than two decades of management consulting experience working closely with physicians in healthcare delivery.
Shannon Yocum, MA, NBC-HWC, is an integrative health and wellness coach and is the coaching director at Arctos360.
