Nominations Open for Rural Health Awards

Nominations are now open for the 2024 Minnesota Rural Health Hero, Team and Lifetime Achievement Awards.  

The Minnesota Rural Health Awards are given to individuals and groups who have made a significant contribution to improving rural health in the state. The awards will be announced on National Rural Health Day, Thursday, November 21. 

If you know of someone in your community or across the state who has played an important role in improving rural health, fill out the 2024 Rural Health Awards nomination form and send it to: health.orhpc@state.mn.us by Monday, October 14.
