MMA Updates its “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” Guide

On March 31, the MMA released an updated version of its “The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) Resource Guide for Physicians.” The guide helps Minnesota practitioners understand how key provisions of the law will affect their practice and patients. A printable version can be found here

The guide includes five sections that describe the law’s impact on:  

  1. Medicaid  

  1. The ACA Individual Market & MinnesotaCare  

  1. Medicare  

  1. Health Savings Accounts  

  1. Medical School Loan Access  

  1. The Rural Health Transformation Program 

Within each section, provisions are listed in order of effective date and explained in clear language.  

The MMA encourages the sharing of the guide with all who may be interested, including non-members and non-physicians.
