Each month there will be two facilitated dialogues based on curated content. The monthly topics are:
March 27 and 28 - Cultural Humility vs. Cultural Competence
April 24 and 25 - Implicit Bias & Microaggressions
May 22 and 23 - Centering the Experiences of Diverse Physicians
June 12 and 13 - Allyship and Action
This work is part of the MMA’s broader initiatives to address structural racism as a social driver of health, to advance health equity in Minnesota, and to make Minnesota healthcare an inclusive environment for all.
