MMA to Host Conversations on Race to Promote Health Equity

October 6, 2022

This month, the MMA will launch the Conversations on Race and Equity (CoRE) series, which provides a safe and respectful virtual space for physicians to discuss topics related to anti-racism, implicit bias, and cultural humility.

Facilitated dialogue based on curated content will provide a forum for critical reflection on these issues. Participants will be equipped with the tools to continue these conversations and work toward making Minnesota healthcare an inclusive environment for all.

This work is part of the MMA’s broader initiatives to address structural racism as a social driver of health, and to advance health equity in Minnesota.

Visit www.mnmed.org/core for additional details and registration.
