Minor, Technical Updates to the Statewide Quality and Reporting Measurement System in 2025

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has released updated technical specifications for measurements reported under the Statewide Quality and Reporting Measurement System (SQRMS) in 2025. 

The updates include: 

  • The continuation of optional, MDH-encouraged submissions on social risk factor data elements.
