MinnesotaCare Eligibility for Undocumented Adults Ends December 31

Undocumented adults will no longer be eligible for MinnesotaCare at the end of the day on December 31, 2025. Kids under the age of 18 will remain eligible.  

Providers should verify the member’s eligibility for Minnesota Health Care Programs using the secure, online MN–ITS eligibility verification transaction before providing a service (or at least once per month if billing monthly or for multiple services provided in one calendar month).
