MDH Releases E-Learning Module on the Collaborative Care Model

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has released a free, 20-minute e-learning module on the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), which “integrates behavioral health into the primary care setting.”  

The course description notes that, after taking the module, learners will be able to: 

1) describe the CoCM and how it works 

2) explain how the model is being used nationally and in Minnesota  

3) identify action steps and resources to start implementing the CoCM 

To take this course, visit the MDH Learning Center website, sign up or log-in, and type “Collaborative Care Model” into the search bar.
