“Negotiation Nexus: Mastering Healthcare Employment Contracts” is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively negotiate employment contracts.
Healthcare professionals often face complex employment agreements that can significantly impact their professional and personal lives. This session will provide a comprehensive understanding of the key elements of employment contracts, the planning process, negotiation strategies, and the importance of aligning contract terms with personal and professional goals.
Attendees will have the opportunity to practice these skills in an experiential exercise. Participants will leave the program with a firm understanding of the theory behind employment negotiations and the confidence to use different negotiation strategies and tactics to maximize the value achieved in their next employment agreement.
The session will be led by Danielle Hansen, MBA, vice president of global sourcing - direct materials for JBT Corporation, a global FoodTech company. Hansen is part of the Carlson Educator Network and has taught supply chain and operations management as a senior lecturer at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
