June 7 Noontime Forum to Review Legislative Session and Its Impact on Physicians and Medicine

MMA staff lobbyists will review the 2023 legislation session and discuss how new legislation will impact physicians and medicine in Minnesota as part of a virtual physician forum from noon to 1 pm on June 7.  

The 2023 Legislature passed many bills that will impact physician practices and the health of Minnesotans. This forum will focus on the items that will have a direct impact on the practice of medicine and the most important takeaways for physicians. 

The discussion will be led by Dave Renner, CAE, MMA director of advocacy, and Chad Fahning, MMA manager of state legislative affairs. MMA President Will Nicholson, MD, will serve as moderator.
