The MMA is launching a new Community of Practice for physicians passionate about advancing clinician well-being. The first meeting will take place via Zoom on September 2 from noon to 1 p.m.
Whether you’re leading a formal or informal well-being initiative, feeling isolated in this work, or simply want to support your colleagues, you’re invited to join a statewide network focused on sharing strategies, building connections, and creating healthier practice environments.
This informal, peer-driven community welcomes physicians from all practice settings—large systems, small clinics, and everything in between—who want to:
Create a regular, supportive space to connect with peers;
Learn from colleagues and exchange real-world strategies to reduce burnout and restore joy in practice;
Access tools, ideas, and resources to spark or strengthen well-being efforts; and
Reduce isolation among informal champions doing this work on their own.
The group expects to meet quarterly, but participants will help shape the meeting frequency and topics to reflect what’s most helpful.
Email us to be added to the Well-being Community of Practice and receive the Zoom link for this and future meetings.
