The American Medical Association (AMA) and Mathematica with assistance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is interested in learning how physicians manage patients with chronic Lyme disease.
They are seeking physicians who typically see five to 30 patients per year for chronic Lyme disease to join one of the focus groups below:

This project is a key step to improve support for physicians to effectively care for patients with concerns for chronic Lyme disease. Upon completion, physicians will receive a $100 Amazon gift card as a thank you for their time and expertise.
