The MMA will host a physician forum on Wednesday, August 3, at noon that will explore the medical liability landscape in Minnesota, after recent landmark court decisions. Attendees will also be given a chance to ask questions of the speakers.
Upon completion of this program the attendee will be able to:
Explore the medical liability landscape in Minnesota after recent landmark court cases, including Warren v. Dinter and Popovich v. Allina Health
Evaluate the impact that recent cases have had on physician liability
Learn about key principles every physician should be aware of to protect themselves from medical liability
