Commerce Department Seeks Comments on Proposed Health Coverage Mandates

The Minnesota Department of Commerce has posted a public Request for Information related to this year’s cycle of 62J benefit mandate evaluations. Comments are due by November 20.
This year, the commerce department is requesting public input on nine proposed bills:
Coverage for Rapid Whole Genome Sequencing
Coverage for Orthotic and Prosthetic Devices
Dental Coverage for Cancer Patients
Gender-Affirming Care
Coverage for Management and Treatment of Obesity
Coverage for Prenatal, Maternity, and Postnatal Care
Coverage for Intermittent Catheters
Coverage for Firefighters
Coverage for Scalp Hair Prosthetics for Hair Loss Caused by Cancer Treatment
