A virtual forum on resilience and finding the joy and purpose in medicine will be held on Jan. 13 from noon to 1 p.m.
The forum, “Wellbeing Pandemic Pearls: A Personal and a Team's Perspective,” will be led by Natalia Dorf-Biderman, MD, clinical documentation integrity physician advisor and wellbeing team co-chair at Park Nicollet.
Learning objectives for the forum include:
1. Describe factors affecting health care workers (HCW) well-being and how the COVID-19 pandemic impacted those factors.
2. Identify changes needed to well-being initiatives in the context of COVID-19 – what remains in the “new normal” and how to integrate what we’ve learned.
3. Evaluate the resources available through local and national HCW well-being efforts.
