Southside Community Health Services
Southside Community Health Services (SCHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center that exists to serve the community by offering patient focused, friendly, high quality and comprehensive medical care. We strive to provide fiscally responsible health services in an environment that fosters learning and respect, and inspires excellence in our staff. It does this through collaboration, empowerment, and communication with patients with the goal of improving their health.
We provide high quality, affordable, accessible and comprehensive Health Care in the South Minneapolis community. Our medical services are available to people of all ages, income levels, and occupations. Services are provided by experienced doctors, nurse practitioners, registered nurses and licensed nurses. SCHS accepts private insurance, General and Medical Assistance, Minnesota Care, and payments on a sliding fee schedule based on income for those who qualify. Our sliding fee discount is available based on federal poverty guidelines of family size and income.
