HealthFinders Collaborative
HealthFinders Collaborative provides primary medical and dental care, patient advocacy and wellness programs to people in Rice County who have limited healthcare alternatives. Our clinics are staffed by volunteer providers, nurses, interpreters and receptionists. We are committed to health care that accessible, affordable, culturally appropriate and of high quality.
Physician specialties needed: Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Urgent Care. Our patient’s needs primarily involve acute care and chronic care.
Time commitment: No specific time commitment. We are flexible.
Location Faribault, Minnesota and Dundas, Minnesota. Administrative offices are located in Northfield, Minnesota.

Faribault Location
Mon: 10:00am-6:00pm
Tues/Weds: 10:00am-8:00pm
Thurs: 10:00am-4:00pm
Dundas location
Tues/Thurs: 10:00am-4:00pm
Requirements: Board certified medical providers
Medical Records: ODHC uses Allscripts EMR System. Training and assistance will be provided. Physicians are required to enter all patient notes.
