The Minnesota Medical Association has endorsed Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., to provide identity theft protection and pre-paid legal services to MMA members and their employees.

The identity theft protection plan provides regular monitoring of an individual’s credit report and experienced professionals to assist in the restoration of one’s identity.

Pre-paid legal service plans provide clinic employees with toll-free access to a qualified lawyer who can provide on-line counsel on a range of everyday legal problems: overcharges, speeding tickets, IRS audit, defective products and other matters. Employees who opt for this benefit can also get assistance in drafting wills.
