Call for MAPS Poster Designs Do you or your practice have a patient safety improvement story to tell? Consider sharing your successes in poster format with more than 400 health care stakeholders at the 2012 Minnesota Alliance for Patient Safety conference on Oct. 25-26. Poster designs should show how you are: changing processes to make care safer; engaging patients and their families; or disseminating innovation. Public Forum on Statewide Quality Reporting June 27 Here’s a great opportunity to weigh in on quality measurement in Minnesota. The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and MN Community Measurement (MNCM) will hold a public forum on June 27 from 10 a.m. to noon in the Mississippi Room at Snelling Office Park, 1645 Energy Park Drive, St. Paul. The forum will include a presentation on the MNCM’s final quality measure recommendations in connection with the annual update of the Statewide Quality Reporting and Measurement System. These final recommendations will be available at Health Care Quality Measures – Recommendations by June 15. | |
