[MMA News Now, July 24, 2014]
Clinic managers and practice management staff are invited to a free luncheon discussion titled, “5 ways to get the most out of your mandated quality measurement and patient experience data” on Aug. 19 at the MMA/Twin Cities Medical Society offices in Minneapolis.
The discussion will focus on the large amounts of data clinics are gathering and how they can leverage it. The event will be a great opportunity to join other clinic leaders to share ideas, learn about the future trends in measurement, and ask questions about current trends in mandated measurements, managing quality, and improving patient satisfaction.
The discussion will be led by Barb Daiker, PhD, FACMPE, MMA’s quality manager.
The lunch will start at 11:30, with a program and discussion from noon to 1 p.m. at 1300 Godward Street NE, Suite 2500, Minneapolis.
