Renewing your membership

Thank you for your continued support of the MMA. Renewing your membership takes only a couple easy steps.

We are sorry, but online renewal is not available at this time. Your renewal options are by mail or by phone, and we will make them as easy as possible.

1. Membership Notice/Payment Option – fill out and return the dues invoice form that was sent to you or your clinic in November. On this form you can select your dues payment method – check or credit card. Return your dues invoice with payment in the enclosed envelope.
