The MMA has led efforts to monitor and evaluate P4P programs in order to assure they are fair, meaningful, and do not pose significant administrative burdens on Minnesota’s physician clinics.

Minnesota Bridges to Excellence (BTE) The Buyers Health Care Action Group administers Minnesota BTE—a financial rewards program for providers who achieve optimal outcomes for patients with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and depression—on behalf of Minnesota employers.
