Learning
Non-medical training opportunities are offered to YPS members. Past examples have included financial planning, contract negotiations, and real estate.
Membership is available to those who:
- possess the degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy, or its equivalent;
- possess an unrestricted license to practice medicine and surgery in the State of Minnesota;
- are active members of their state and component medical society; and,
- are age 40 or under, or are over 40 but have been in practice eight years or less following completion of formal residency and fellowship training.
