Environmental Health & Occupational Medicine Subcommittee

Following a comprehensive assessment of the MMA committee structure in 2010, the MMA Board of Trustees decided to sunset the Environmental Health & Occupational Medicine Subcommittee effective January 2011. The MMA Board of Trustees concluded that the work of this subcommittee can be managed by the MMA Public Health Committee. Should the committee identify environmental or occupational health issues needing specific expertise, the committee has authority to form a time-limited task force to assist it with any necessary work.
