MMA tackles prescription opioid abuse

Late in 2012, the MMA formed a physician-only task force to study the issue of prescription opioid addiction, abuse and diversion in Minnesota. Based on four objectives, the 19-member group will meet throughout 2013 then publish its key insights and recommendations.
